These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and roro4d ("roro4d", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino website accessible at https://roro4d.cam. roro4d operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform and is not regulated by any Indonesian government body. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to use our services. Your use of the roro4d platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. "The Platform" refers to the roro4d website, mobile-optimised interface, and any associated applications accessible through branded domains. "Account" means the unique user profile created by a User to access the Platform. "Balance" refers to the available credit in a User's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from a User's external payment instrument to their roro4d Account. "Withdrawal" means the transfer of winnings or available funds from a User's roro4d Account to an approved external payment instrument. "Game" refers to any casino, sport, slot, or other wager product offered on the Platform. "Wagering Requirement" means the aggregate amount of money that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn. "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process. "Services" collectively describes all products, features, and functions available on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

By using the roro4d Platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must be a resident of Indonesia to create an Account. You are solely responsible for confirming that the use of online betting services is permitted under the laws applicable to you, including local regulations in your province or municipality. roro4d is an offshore platform; we cannot and do not provide any assurance that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Platform from specific jurisdictions at any time. The Platform is strictly prohibited for persons under 21 years of age, and roro4d employs mandatory identity verification (KYC) to enforce this restriction. Only one Account is permitted per person, per e-mail address, and per payment method. We reserve the right to close duplicate Accounts and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with them.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the roro4d Services, you must register for an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP Nasional), date of birth, address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must complete the KYC verification process by uploading a clear photograph of your National ID card and a selfie holding it in clear view. Verification is processed within 24 hours, and Account features are unlocked progressively upon approval. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended; where enabled, withdrawal requests require confirmation via SMS or email code. roro4d shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of an Account where the User has failed to safeguard their credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All balances on roro4d are denominated in IDR. Deposits are available via approved Indonesian payment methods including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. Deposits are credited within minutes and are subject to verification for irregular or high-value transactions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment instrument used for deposits; we may require a return of funds to the original source for anti-money-laundering compliance where necessary. Withdrawal processing times are typically 15–30 minutes during operational hours (06:00–23:00 WIB) for verified Accounts. Certain withdrawal requests may be subject to a review period of up to 24–48 hours where additional KYC documentation is required. Withdrawal fees are not charged by roro4d; however, third-party banking or e-wallet fees may apply and are borne by the User. The minimum withdrawal amount is set out on the Platform and may vary by payment method. All transactions must be made using funds you have lawfully obtained. roro4d reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request where an Account is found to be in breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

roro4d may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and other promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game eligibility, and expiry periods. The standard wagering requirement for the first deposit bonus is set out prominently on the Platform; unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a 25x turnover requirement on eligible games. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and must not be exploited by means of bonus-abuse practices. roro4d reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where we reasonably determine that abuse, collusion, multi-accounting, or other prohibited behavioural patterns have occurred. The availability of any bonus or promotion is at our sole discretion, and we may withdraw, amend, or discontinue an offer at any time without prior notice. 6. Prohibited Behaviour

You agree that you will not use the roro4d Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose. Prohibited behaviours include but are not limited to: (a) placing wagers on behalf of any third party; (b) utilising automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate games or odds; (c) exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or "malfunction" effects on any game; (d) colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage; (e) engaging in money laundering or any funding of such activity; (f) providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information; (g) attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform; and (h) engaging in bonus-abuse or multi-accounting. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited behaviour will have their Account closed, and all balances, bonuses, and winnings will be forfeited. roro4d may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

All games on the roro4d Platform operate in accordance with their published rules. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the specific rules of any game before placing a bet. Sports betting markets are subject to odds that may be adjusted in real time based on market conditions. Casino and slot titles, including slot gacor (high-payout slot games), with game mechanics such as Megaways and cluster pays, are powered by certified RNG technology or live dealer providers. Live sabung ayam (cockfighting) streams operate on Meron/Wala betting markets. Togel (lottery) results are published in accordance with the schedule for each market, in WIB time. roro4d is committed to fairness and transparency; Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published on the Platform. Where an error or malfunction results in an incorrect outcome, roro4d reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the stake.

8. Responsible Gaming

roro4d is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. A comprehensive suite of player-protection tools is available to all Users, including deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, reality checks, and permanent self-exclusion. You must be 21 or older to play. Gambling involves real financial risk and should be regarded as entertainment only — not as a means of generating income. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the roro4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game graphics, software, and the overall design, is the property of roro4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content of the Platform without the prior written consent of roro4d.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the roro4d Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. roro4d does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Services shall not exceed the lesser of the total amount wagered by you on the Platform or the amount you have actually deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless roro4d, its parent company, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

12. Suspension, Termination, and Account Closure

roro4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited behaviour, provided inaccurate information, or where required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance in the Account will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to deduction of any outstanding bonuses or obligations. Where an Account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, roro4d may forfeit balances and winnings. Duplicate Accounts are subject to closure, and any associated bonuses will be voided.

13. Amendments to these Terms

roro4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the roro4d website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the roro4d Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a material change is made, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users by email or through an in-platform announcement.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which roro4d is incorporated and licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Should the dispute remain unresolved for thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted for arbitration to a mutually acceptable arbitration body in accordance with its applicable rules, conducted in the English language, and the arbitral decision shall be final and binding on both parties. You acknowledge that because roro4d operates as an offshore platform, the courts of Indonesia have no jurisdiction over disputes arising from your use of the Service, and you expressly waive any right to bring proceedings before the Indonesian courts.
